Return/Exchange Policy

1. No Returns
• Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept any returns.

2. Exchanges for Defective Products
• Exchanges will only be accepted for products that are defective.
• The defective product must be shipped back to us in its original packaging at the purchaser's
expense.

3. Exchange Process
1. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving to report the defective product.
2. Send us photos and/or videos of the defective product in the state in which you received it.
3. Ship the product back to us using the original packaging.
4. Upon receipt, Olfactory Outlaws will inspect the product.
5. We will notify you via email regarding the status of your exchange.

4. Replacement Items
• If a replacement is warranted, we will inform you if the item is in stock or if it needs to be
procured.
• For in-stock items, replacements will be shipped within 14 days.
• If a replacement is warranted, we will refund any additional shipping charges the buyer has
incurred.
• If a replacement cannot be procured, a full refund will be issued.
