Thank you for shopping with us. We take great care in packaging every
fragrance to ensure it arrives safely and in good condition.
Order Processing:
• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment
is received.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next
business day.
• During product launches, holidays, or promotional events, processing
times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods:
We ship throughout the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS,
UPS, and FedEx. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed
during checkout.
Estimated transit times:
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Restrictions:
Due to regulations regarding alcohol-based fragrances:
• Perfumes may only be shipped via approved ground services to certain
locations.
• We are unable to ship fragrance products to some U.S. territories,
APO/FPO addresses, or countries where shipping restrictions apply.
• International shipping availability varies by destination and local import
regulations.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package
weight, and selected shipping method.
We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable minimum
purchase requirements will be clearly stated on our website.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking
information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become
active.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses:
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
If an incorrect address is provided, please contact us immediately. While we will
do our best to make changes before shipment, we cannot guarantee that
address changes can be accommodated after an order has been processed.
Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may be subject to
additional shipping charges for reshipment.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages:
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery
with photos of the packaging and product.
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we will
work with the shipping carrier to investigate. Once a package has been marked
as delivered by the carrier, responsibility may transfer to the customer, although
we will assist in resolving delivery issues whenever possible.
Signature Confirmation:
For higher-value orders, we may require an adult signature upon delivery to help
protect against theft and fraud.
Multiple Shipments:
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately depending on
inventory availability. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
Weather & Carrier Delays:
Severe weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, and other circumstances
beyond our control may impact delivery times. We appreciate your patience
during these events.
